Our terms of use of operations at Salve Talents Solutions Limited

CORPORATE -GRADE CLIENT CONTRACT (KEY CLAUSES)

SERVICES

Salve Talent Solution provides recruitment, deployment, attendance monitoring and replacement of staff.

PAYMENT:

  • Client pays staff salary through Salve Talent Solutions.
  • Client pays monthly management fee per deployed staff.
    Failure to pay suspends deployment and replacement Obligations.

NON-POACHING

  • Client shall not directly employ deployed staff during or within 6 months after engagement.
  • Penalty applies.

LIABILITY

  • Staff remain under Salve Talent Solutions Management.

TERMINATION

  • Either party may terminate with Written Notice.
SALARY PAYMENT & PAYROLL POLICY

This policy applies to all staff deployed by Salve Talent Solutions Lid.

  1. Salary Payment

Salaries are paid monthly through Salve Talent Solutions Ltd

Clients must pay salary funds at least 3 days before month-end.

Staff salaries are paid on or before the last working day of the month.

  1. Attendance & Deductions

Salary is based on attendance records.

Absence without approval may lead to salary deduction.

Repeated absenteeism may lead to disengagement.

  1. Replacement & Disengagement

Staff may be replaced for misconduct, theft, or poor performance.

Final salary will be paid based on days worked.

  1. Disputes

All salary complaints must be reported to the agency, not the client.

The agency’s payroll decision is final after review.
